The first 20 patients received their vaccine in the town last week as the vaccine rollout starts moving to more rural areas.
Director of projects and integrated primary care Sue Fleming said the Warrnambool Medical Clinic campus at Mortlake was now offering vaccines and Pfizer would soon be offered at the Great South Coast Respiratory Clinic at Warrnambool's old Callaghans Motors site in Fairy Street.
"I found rural was very hard, and poorly covered. They've actually now come up with strategies as to how to reach those smaller communities," Ms Fleming said.

"We've just started AstraZeneca in Mortlake and that will be offered every Wednesday which is a bit exciting.
"We're actually starting Pfizer now too at the old Callaghan's site at our Great South Coast Respiratory Clinic.
"We're expecting the first delivery on July 5. So they're slowly releasing it. It's a supply/demand that no one has any control over.
"Be patient and it will come."
Dr Jamila Perera said each vial of AstraZeneca held enough for 10 people and they planned to vaccinate people in multiples of 10 so it didn't go to waste.
She said the vaccine had started to be rolled out in the main cities but increased supplies meant it was now reaching country areas.
Most of those who made appointments for the vaccine had heard via word of mouth because the clinic only knew themselves last week that they were doing it.
She said at the moment, because they had enough appointments, they were open for walk-ins but that may not always be the case if they booked out online.
