Brad Burkitt and Gaye McVilly, co-owners of Terang Country Bakery, returned home from Australia's Best Pie Competition with a total of six medals.
"We took down six pies and all six placed," Ms McVilly said.
It was the bakery's farmers' pie, which is a plain pie topped with egg, cheese and bacon, that won the gold medal.
Mr Burkitt said the farmers' pie was the second most popular pie at the bakery, with the plain pie the only one outselling it.
"We were pretty overwhelmed to win six medals," Mr Burkitt said.
The bakery won silver medals for its chicken and vegie pie, pulled pork pie, eggs benedict pie and plain pie, as well as a bronze medal for its pepper pie.

"Every single time you win an award it's good," Mr Burkitt said.
"You know you're doing something right."
Ms McVilly said the bakery had been extremely busy and its award-winning pies were bringing people to the town.
"We get people who say they've driven from Warrnambool or people who have come from Ballarat and they've been told to go through Terang to taste our pies," she said.
Ms McVilly said Mr Burkitt continued to create delicious, hearty pies that were loved by locals and visitors alike.
She said the community had been very supportive of their business.
"We are so well supported by the locals," Ms McVilly said.
