Members of the Liebig Leadership Group, which was set up to assist Warrnambool City Council with the delivery of the $15 million Warrnambool city centre renewal, met up on Friday to discuss the change.
Parking will be free for up to 90 minutes in the Parkers car park from November 1 2016 to December 31 2017.
The group is made up of six business owners and the Warrnambool Mayor Kylie Gaston.
Max Taylor, the owner of Taylor’s Surfodesy, said he had concerns the 90-minute period would confuse visitors.
