Practice manager Lynne Husson said the clinic had outgrown its Timor Street site.
A new purpose-built centre was built on Raglan Parade and opened on July 12.
She said the new centre was fantastic.
"Our new building is lovely to work in and we have had lots of positive feedback from patients," Ms Husson said.
"There is a lot more room for both patients and doctors."
Ms Husson said there were some finishing touches that would be completed in the coming weeks.
"We are about double the size of our previous clinic and we have five times the amount of car parking spaces," she said.
Ms Husson said the clinic had 10 doctors and four nurses.
She said the centre hoped to welcome more doctors and the new building would provide the space to do this.
"We offer all general practices services for all ages, including minor procedures, mental health consultations, wound care, vaccinations, general health checks, nursing home visits and after-hours care," she said.
Ms Husson said staff and clients alike were loving the new centre.
She said the site would also include gardens to retain some of the charm of the former practice.
Patients can access the AstraZenica COVID vaccination and from mid-August will be able to have a Pfizer jab at the clinic.
The new clinic was designed by Dean Picken from Designers by Nature and was built by Brent Chisholm Homes. "It's a great location and a great building," she said.
"I think they've done an amazing job."
The new site offers 26 on-site patient parking spaces and easy access to the clinic.
It was built on the former site of a Caltex service station.
The 2211-square-metre site was sold in 2018.
Ms Husson said the centre had operated from Timor Street since the 1980s.
