"(We'll need to bring) a lot of pressure, we need the pressure to be up and tackles to be strong and to have clean ball-use as well and that'll give ourselves every chance," he said.
Hotker will play his 100th senior match for the club when he runs on Noorat Recreation Reserve oval for the Warrnambool and District league clash.
He's pumped for the encounter.

"Against the good teams you really want to show yourself and prove you can match it with them as a team and as a player."
The midfielder, who joined the Lions after playing juniors with the South Warrnambool, has enjoyed a decorated career at Walter Oval thus far.
The 29-year-old captained the club for four years - a role he considers an honour.

He has also won two best and fairest awards during his eight seasons.
The camaraderie is what he's enjoyed most about his time at the club.
"They're just a great bunch of blokes, even the older fellas, it's just a good club to be around, it's a welcoming club - good off and on the field," he said.
The veteran added there was a great atmosphere at the club this season.
"It's really good this year, there are a lot of young kids coming through, we've kept a lot of juniors which makes a difference," he said.
South Rovers is sitting seventh with one win and three losses while the Power are fourth with three victories and one defeat.
