Warrnambool Little Athletics Club celebrated another completed season and crowned its champions at its presentation day on Sunday.

The club ran 10 weeks of competition at its home track at Brauerander Park, which completed on February 26.
Over the season three records were broken by three different athletes all in the 200 metres.

In the under 15 girls Grace Carter ran 28.47 while two under 6s in Harry Chapman (39.28) and Hazel Clements (45.05) also broke 200-metre records.
Chloe Burrows (under eight), Miranda Jansz (under nine), Sarah Nsubuga (under 10), Lucy Howland (under 11) Layla Nicolson (under 13) and Isabel Griffiths (under 14) were the girls age group champions.
In the boys Sam Turner (under eight), Nicholas Jukawics (under nine), Harrison Chiller (under 10), Jack Griffiths (under 11), Geordie Rollings-Wurak (under 12) and Jeff Collins (under 15) were named champions.

Burrows, Turner (under eight), Zarli Best, Jukawics (under nine), Audrey Clements, Angus Down (under 10), Charlotte Wythe and Henry Rattray (under 11) were named most improved.
Jansz (high jump), Amelia Austin (discus), Sophie Burrows (1500 metres), Carter (100, 200 and 400) Jukawics (200, 400 and long jump), Manaia Bremner (800 metres), Rollings-Wurak (800, 1500, discus and javelin), Jesse Suter (100, 200, long jump and triple jump), Jeff Collins (javelin, triple jump and long jump) also represented the club at the Little Athletics Victoria State Track and Field Championships at Lakeside Stadium in Melbourne on March 13 and 14.
