City Red's Western District Bowls Division top grade pennant-winning side defeated Colac and Portland RSL in the West Coast Region finals on Sunday.
The Cramer Street-based club beat Colac 55-24 before turning its attention to Portland and securing a spot in the state finals with a 57-35 victory.
City Red will represent the Western Region at the Champion of State Pennant in Moama on April 24 and 25.

Skip Bryan Sheehan was pleased to see City Memorial returning to the prestigious event for the first time since it finished third in 1998.
"We had two good wins and it has been a big day so it's pretty exciting for our club to be going to the state champs," he said.
"I'm pretty excited about it and looking forward to it."
Sheehan said the form of the team played a key role in the victory.
"We have developed into a really good team so we believe in each other and it keeps us strong," he said.
