The staff at WDEA Works can't remember a single day in 20 years when Kelly Walters didn't arrive to work with a smile on her face.

The 38-year-old has notched up two decades working as a supported staff member at the organisation.
She works two days in the create and collate department completing a range of tasks, NDIS programs participant service manager Susan Hill said.
"Kelly works two days a week as a supported employee," Miss Hill said.
"She comes it at 8.30am and finishes at 3.30pm so she works a full day.
"She absolutely loves it."
Miss Walters also helps out in the kitchen, which is one of her favourite tasks.

"Kelly sometimes assists in the kitchen, cleaning and sometimes helping with meals," Miss Hill said.
On the days she is not working she attends other activities at WDEA Works including craft.
"She does that two days a week," Miss Hill said.
"On Tuesdays she does our ArtLink program and on Thursday afternoons she attends the craft group as well."
She also enjoys swimming, walking and watching her beloved Geelong Cats.
Miss Walters said she loved going to work and had made a lot of friends.
Miss Walters loves theme days at work and always dresses for the occasion.
Miss Hill said Miss Walters was a breath of fresh air, always helping others.
"Nothing is ever too much trouble for Kelly," she said.
Miss Hill said WDEA Works offered staff members a range of opportunities.
"There's always new jobs coming up in the business and they get to learn new skills," she said.
Miss Hill said the roles allowed staff to gain skills that helped them become more independent.
When asked if she would stay at WDEA Works for another 20 years she replied yes with a big smile on her face.
Miss Walters said she was proud of her 20 year achievement.
She was presented with a certificate earlier this week.
