The club, which was forced to delay the start of its 2020-21 season due to coronavirus restrictions, will race sprintcars, modified sedans and juniors in front of the capped crowd.
The Allansford-based venue also has a meeting scheduled for January 10.
"At this time patron numbers will be capped at 1000 and restricted to the grandstand and terrace areas on the Warrnambool side of the complex only, for at least the two opening shows," it said in a statement.
"We are continuing to work with our ticketing company amidst a constantly changing landscape with regards to crowd numbers etc as we hope to be able to commence ticket sales by the middle of next week."
It will host a special 50 For 50 show on January 22-23 and is yet to finalise crowd numbers for that event.
