The Allansford-based club is awaiting a numbers cap and will then open online ticketing.
General manager David Mills said he was thrilled its season would kick-off on January 1, barring any coronavirus setbacks.
"We're still confirming absolute numbers but we anticipate it will be restricted significantly and may be restricted to fixed seating," he said.
"It will be speedway that will look a bit different to the past, in that patron access to pit areas and those sort of things will not be allowed under the (state government) restrictions we have to operate under.
"QR codes will be in place, all ticketing will be online, there will be no tickets at the gates and the venue will be cashless - it will be tap-and-go at the canteen.
"It will be a little different in the short-term but we're excited none the less that we look like being able to make a start."
Mills expects a similar crowd cap to be in place for the January 1 and 10 meetings with hope of increasing capacity for its special 50 For 50 meeting on on January 22-23.
Sprintcars, junior sedans and modifieds will be on the New Year's Day card.
January 10 will cater for formula 500s, speedcars and wingless sprints.
The two-night 50 For 50 event, which will reflect on five decades at the track, has sprintcars as its main drawcard.
It was designed in place of the three-night Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic which has been shelved for 12 months to preserve its integrity.
