From November 1, members of the new unified national organisation will have the ability to race all disciplines - road, track, mountain and BMX - under one licence.
Previously Morton, who competes in both mountain bike and road events, would need licences in both disciplines to be able to race.

Under AusCycling's model the 17-year-old would save over $200 on licences a year.
The Warrnambool College student, who has been working on his power in the Warrnambool Cycling Club's Corona Cup virtual challenge, said he would do more road racing in the future because of the one licence.
Morton was pleased to hear the news of AusCycling preparing to commence operations in November.
"It's good because I don't have to buy two memberships and it is less money being spent on one membership," he said.
"I'll be doing more road racing this year as there is more opportunities for road racing than mountain biking."
Morton, who is coached by Kez King, is setting his sights on the 50-kilometre Otway Odyssey mountain bike event, which is set to run in February.
The South West Academy of Sport athlete has been enjoying his casual rides on routes like the Koroit Rail Trail and Wangoom Loop in recent months.
