Davidson Oval, Jones Oval, Uebergang Oval and the Merrivale and Dennington recreation reserves have been selected as options for division one and two finals.
The first-placed division one side, Brierly-Christ Church, will have first pick while the runner-up, either Russells Creek or Woodford, will have second choice.
The first and second placed division two sides will then have third and fourth selection, while the fifth ground will remain as a backup.
WDCA chairman Gordon McLeod said details would be finalised at a board meeting on Monday night.
"The grounds have been selected based on captains and umpires reports throughout the season," he said.
"The preparedness of the wickets comes into it as well because you want to have the best games possible.
"Once we find out who the top two teams are, we'll be able to let everyone know."

McLeod said Port Fairy's Avery's Paddock - widely regarded as one of the best grounds in the association - was unavailable.
He said it was likely Mack Oval and Bushfield Oval would host division three semi finals.
It's all but confirmed Brierly-Christ Church and West Warrnambool will contest a division one semi-final, while Woodford and Creek will play the other.
