The Cats, which posted 166, won a thriller against finals-contender Wangoom at home on Saturday.
The match finished with an intense over - the Cats needed a wicket and the Roosters were after three runs.
Hawkesdale's Murray Habel snared the wicket of Jason Graur to give the Cats their seventh victory.
Habel also helped set up the win with his 63 from 78 balls.

Julius said Habel combined well with Jacob Linke (17) to put on a "partnership to steady the ship".
But Julius said the Cats wanted more contributors with the bat.
"Our batting performances need to improve before we take on Panmure and Yambuk at their strongest," he said.
"If our batting doesn't improve we'll be making it a bit hard for ourselves."
The all-rounder said his team's bowling had been on point this summer.
"I think our bowling has been really good all year and it stood up again on Saturday."
In our results, Panmure overcame Purnim, Mailors Flat beat Killarney and Yambuk defeated Grassmere.
