South-west team manager Darren Gladman said Hawkesdale's Eloise Swarbrick was the big hope in the women's open singles as number-two seed.
She's just come off a quarter-final finish at the Ballarat Open Platinum Australian Money Tournament.
Swarbrick will play open doubles with her older sister Jess and mixed doubles with her coach Matt Moloney.
Gladman said Swarbrick and Moloney were a strong chance.

Meanwhile, Hamilton's Willow Sainsbury is a big hope in the under 25 women's singles.
She won her first match 6-0, 6-1.
"She should go really well," Gladman said.
Other south-west names in with a chance are Zac Dyson, Harry Boyd and Patrick Drake.
There are 50 players in the south-west team.
The three-day tournament wraps up on Sunday. But the tennis won't stop there.
Warrnambool Lawn Tennis Club will hold its country week tournament from Wednesday.
Some United States college players are coming to Warrnambool for the teams-of-four event.
