About 250 players, from nine country regions, will converge on Warrnambool Lawn Tennis Club for the tournament from January 8-10.
It's the fourth time Warrnambool has hosted the three-day event and the first time in 13 years.

WLTC president Kim Tobin is thrilled the tournament is returning to the south-west.
"It's a significant event for us to be able to host," she said.
"It's a feather in the cap of the club to be able to provide the quality of facilities required."
The club was announced the successful applicant on Friday morning at this year's inter-regional championships in Mildura.
Tennis Victoria's Andrew Reynolds said it was just reward for the region, the club and committee.
"We're really trying to spread tennis around the regions, rather than just having it in the well-known or traditional venues," he said.
"Thirteen years is a long time, Warrnambool's application was very solid."
Reynolds said he had worked with WLTC's committee and had been impressed with its events including the major Labour Day tournament.
He added a club needed at least 28 courts to secure hosting duties.
Warrnambool previously hosted the event in 1996, 2003 and 2008.
Players and spectators are being urged to book accommodation early given the city's popularity at that time of year.
It's another big coup for Warrnambool and the south-west after securing Swimming Victoria's long course country championships to be held later this month.
Tobin said it was a win for tennis and the city's tourism.
"Hosting an event like this actually showcases Warrnambool at its peak tourism time to a whole range people across Victoria," she said.
