Peta Nicholson, 30, of Lyndoch Avenue, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court where she made an unsuccessful bail application and was remanded in custody until July 12.
She faces charges of possessing and trafficking drugs, committing indictable offences on bail, dealing with proceeds of crime and weapon-related offences.
Ms Nicholson was arrested on October 12 at a property in Warrnambool's Kelp Street. A search warrant executed at the house revealed quantities of drugs, ammunition and other items believed to be proceeds of crime.
She was arrested, charged and released on bail.
Then on May 29 police executed a search warrant at a hotel in Warrnambool's King Street.
Police said the accommodation apartment was booked in Ms Nicholson's name.
A search of the apartment located nine grams of cannabis, 1.29 grams of ice, a double edged knife and two mobile phones with evidence of drug trafficking.
Ms Nicholson told police the knife and methamphetamine belonged to her, but denied ownership of the cannabis.
The court heard Ms Nicholson was a New Zealand citizen with no income and no government benefits.
Police prosecutor Leading Senior Constable Kevin Mullins said if Ms Nicholson was incarcerated, she faced possible deportation.
He said her citizenship made her a flight risk.
Magistrate Mark Stratmann said Ms Nicholson was an unacceptable risk of re-offending and remanded her in custody.
Ms Nicholson said custody management issues included withdrawing from drug use.
