Graham, who leads the association’s wicket tally with 36, finished with figures of 8-43 in the Pirates’ loss to fourth-placed West Warrnambool.
The captain’s return was the eighth-best bowling performance in the club’s 150-year history.
But the achievement left him with a mix of emotions.
“It's a bit embarrassing really and there are some pretty good names up on the honour board so I also feel honoured,” he said.
The Pirates’ skipper was quick to move on from the personal milestone to what he desires most when it comes to honour boards.
“I haven't won a senior premiership and that is what I would like to be up there for,” he said.
“The whole reason I play is for team success, the individual stuff doesn't worry me much, it only worries me if I‘m taking wickets and the team is successful.”
Graham has quickly shifted to Saturday’s match against Woodford with the Pirates’ star bowler hopeful his side can finish off strongly and look positively towards next season.
“We want to put our best foot forward and beat two quality opponents (the Eels and Allansford),” he said.
“We are here to win games of cricket and that's what our focus has been all year.
“Unfortunately things haven't gone our way with blokes being unavailable to play each week hurting our chances. I think our best is good enough to play finals, but we haven't put it together recently.
“I can't wait for next year when we can hopefully bring a few new players into the club and keep the core group we have and try again to win the flag.”
Port Fairy currently sits eighth on the WDCA ladder with six wins and eight losses.
