As he watches his idol Aaron ‘Wheelz’ Fotheringham perform his double back flips, front flips and gap jumps, Harvey Thulborn McCorkell will know what it takes to skillfully maneuver a wheelchair.
Himself a WCMX rider, Harvey has been a fan of the thrill-seeking athlete for more than seven years.
“He’s amazing and his tricks are so cool,” Harvey said. “He proves that anyone can have fun and try new things.I know how much hard work goes into it. It’s just harder to perfect tricks in a chair I guess.”
