Belinda Rogers, 34, of Clovelly Court, pleaded guilty in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court to possessing a taser, using false number plates, driving an unregistered car and driving while disqualified.
Police said that at 9.30am on June 27 last year a blue Ford Falcon was seen heading north in Warrnambool's Banyan Street carrying false number plates.
The car was intercepted, Rogers was unable to produce her licence and it was found she was disqualified from driving for four years during May last year.
Plastic zip lock bags were also located in the car and a taser in a blue backpack.
Defence counsel Michelle Downs said that mid last year was a difficult time for Rogers and her current charges were indicative of that stage of her life.
Magistrate Michael Coghlan said upcoming charges of breaching corrections orders imposed for trafficking drugs "will be interesting".
Ms Downs said her client was attending drug and alcohol counselling twice a week and her family unit was now reunited.
