FOR Sheree Rentsch succeeding in pulling a 9.8 tonne truck is just the start of good things to come.

Mrs Rentsch said it was an emotional exercise but once she decided to have a go she made sure she made sure she got the job done.

“I’ve only been going to the gym for a week,” she said.

“After a tough year, mentally and physically, I was inspired to start the this one strong.

“It’s about doing something for myself and my family and being a good Nan for my grandkids.”

Participants in Momentum Fitness Warrnambool’s Strong Man and Strong Woman class pulled the Midfield truck 15 meters.
