The Timor Street church is hosting an interactive, multi-scene exhibition complete with story boards, soundtracks, live animals and guided tours starting this weekend.
Covering the length of the site’s 300 square metres, the nativity scene takes guests through six different areas lead by characters dressed in costume.
Event organiser Coral Roberts said the Christmas nativity was a new project for the group.
“We haven’t done this before but we’ve had a lot of fun setting it up and we hope families in particular will enjoy walking through the displays,” she said.
Mrs Roberts said the first 30 children would also receive gifts from Santa as they exited the Ozone carpark following the tour.
