Georgia, who turned 17 years old during the week, had her head shaved at the Old Collegians clubrooms on Saturday night in front of a crowd of about 160 supporters.
She had hoped to raise $5000, lifted her sights during her fundraising campaign for the Cancer Council of Victoria to $15,000 after overwhelming support and then finished with about $19,500.
"It was very cold last night," Georgia said on Sunday.
"I'm looking in the mirror now and it's nice and fluffy," she said with a laugh.
Georgia said she was surprised just how much money was raised.
"My uncle Gerry Billings said he would put in $1000 if he could shave my head. I was a bit worried about him," she said.
"But, he did a good job. There were a few people who helped shave me. It was a great night.
"I would just like to thank everyone who supported this great great cause and all the businesses that got behind me. I've put up a list on the Facebook page thanking everyone.
"I was a bit worried about having my hair shaved off but would encourage anyone who is thinking about it to have a go. You can raise some money and that could all help people in future."
Cancer has touched Georgia's family a number of times, which prompted her fundraising efforts.
Her long blonde hair will be donated to provide wigs for people receiving cancer treatment.
