Their car and a B-double tip truck collided shortly after 11am.
Sergeant Dean Greenwood of Warrnambool police said the car was heading north across Raglan Parade and the truck was heading west on Raglan Parade.
“The early indication is that the red car has failed to give way at the intersection,” Sergeant Greenwood said.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said there were no indications of serious injuries at this stage and both occupants of the car were in a stable condition.
The male driver of the truck was not injured.
