Greviste came from well back in the field at Moonee Valley last time, on June 3, to score a strong win.
“We’re in the last race on the program,” Freedman said.
“I'm really not sure how the pattern of racing will be at that stage. We've got a wide gate I hope to follow The Passage across.
“He's drawn just inside us. I hope we're travelling mid-field in the run. (Greviste’s) ticking over well since his last win at the Valley, but this looks a strong race on paper.”
Greviste, who has won more than a $150,000 in stakemoney, is rated an $8.50 chance in the early betting markets for the 1600-metre race.
Warrnambool trainers Aaron Purcell, Matthew Williams, Alan Peterson and Jarrod McLean all have runners on the strong nine-race program.
Darren Weir's Warrnambool satellite stable has numerous runners, while Ciaron Maher accepted with two starters.
