“We probably didn’t get our match-ups right with them at the start and I think their conversion rate was a bit better than ours,” she said.
“The feed into (Koroit shooter Nell Mitchell) was too easy, not enough pressure, and we weren’t very accurate with our goalling.
“It was a big margin, but it was about six goals per quarter – that’s three turnovers.
“I’ve looked at scores in the past; you need to be shooting 11-14 a quarter to be going alright. You can’t win unless you get those scores (and we didn’t).”
