THE Leila Rose Foundation has benefited from the success of the 2017 Koroit Truck Show.

A donation of $3000 has been made from the truck show to the foundation.

Shirl McCosker from the Koroit Truck Show said the committee is thrilled to be able to make the donation.

“Each year we pick a charity to donate to and the Leila Rose Foundation is a very worthy one,” Mr McCosker said. “This is what the truck show is all about, giving back to the community.”

Tracy Chow from the Leila Rose Foundation was very thankful for the donation.

“It is amazing to get a donation like this,” Mrs Chow said. “Every little bit helps, the foundation supports 70 families so we are very grateful for any fundraising that is done for us.”
