Lawyer wants case against Olympic swimmer Madeline Groves thrown out before hearing

Rio Olympic silver medallist Madeline Groves will attempt to have allegations that she missed a doping test thrown out before it reaches a hearing, with her lawyer saying FINA agents didn't fulfil protocols in trying to locate her at her San Diego university.
