Undercover Warrnambool police and crime detectives executed a warrant at a Terang home at 8.45am on Friday.
A 25-year-old man was seen by officers flushing a toilet when they entered the address.
A plumber was called in to assist in the search of the toilet and the sewage system and a camera located an item of interest.
Specialised tradesmen then flushed the system into a net a couple of houses away and retrieved a package.
Police found 14 grams of ice, as well as a small amount of ecstasy, prescription medication and steroids.
At the home they also located $5000 in cash and a Ford Ranger alleged to have been stolen in Geelong.
The man was arrested, interviewed and charged with 15 offences, including trafficking ice, theft of a vehicle and committing offences while on bail.
He was already on bail to appear in a Warrnambool County Court trial charged with trafficking drugs, making threats and serious assault offences.
Warrnambool magistrate Cynthia Toose late on Friday remanded the man in custody until Thursday next week.
She heard that the Office of Public Prosecutions was expected to apply for the man’s county court bail to be revoked.
The magistrate noted there had been no application for bail.
