Jamieson has taken the reins from Mandy Van Rooy, who will mentor Hampden outfit South Warrnambool this season.
The former Allansford player is the club’s sole addition for 2017 and will provide experience to the cause.
“The numbers have been good. There will be a few juniors stepping up to play seniors this year,” she said.
“They’re the future of the club and it’s better to be giving them the chance at this stage, rather than waiting until they are senior players.”
Jamieson said she was working hard on the recruitment front but was finding it hard to draw players to the club in March.
“It’s very tough to get players at this point of the year when they’ve mostly committed elsewhere,” she said.
“All of the juniors (stepping up to play senior netball) are pretty much looking pretty good at the moment.”
Panmure surprised the Warrnambool and District netball fraternity when it qualified for the semi-finals last season.

Prediction
Nick Ansell says: Panmure has some big-name player losses but is determined to blood the youth for future success. Steph Jamieson comes from a good coaching pedigree and will bring a new zest to the team. However, the Bulldogs could be set to find it tough against improving teams. Mark this one down as a developmental season as the youth find their feet in A grade.
