American Greg Hodnett to return to Australia for Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic

AMERICAN driver Greg Hodnett has committed to the 2017 Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic, citing ‘unfinished business’ for his return. The 1996 runner-up will bring a strong vein of form into the Warrnambool-based competition, having won a record 23 feature race wins in 2016. Hodnett’s victories included 19 in Pennsylvania’s 410 Sprintcar competition. He also finished second 12 times and third another 16 times for 47 visits to the podium.
