Developers Montarosa have lodged the application for 20-room eco-lodge, eco-cabins, restaurant, day spa, pool and associated infrastructure on the 49-hectare Old Coach Road site.
The proposal has met with opposition from some local residents and environmental groups.
Opponents to the proposal plan to rally outside Corangamite Shire’s Camperdown offices from 4pm-7pm Tuesday before the meeting.
Princetown Eco Stay project’s Gavin Ronan said the development would provide an economic and tourism boost.
The project must also receive a works permit from the Environmental Protection Authority. The EPA announced last week it was seeking more information on the management of wastewater at the site.
