The Warrnambool City Council (WCC) offer will continue until the end of 2017.
The free parking commitment is part of a business support package developed for the $15 million City Centre Renewal.
Parkers is an off-street car park to the east of Liebig street, with access via Lava and Koroit Streets.
Warrnambool City Councl local laws manager Ian Fitzgibbon said the free parking was time limited for 90 minutes – which meant motorists taking up the offer must still print and display a ticket.
“The time limit ensures that the car parks are regularly turned over and more shoppers have a greater opportunity to find a free space,” Mr Fitzgibbon said.
“Parkers Car Park is in a great location, it’s only a 50-metre walk to the centre block of Liebig Street.”
Stage one of the City Centre Renewal, along Liebig Street between Raglan Parade and Koroit Street, will be completed between February and September next year.
