In the culmination of a six-month investigation into cocaine trafficking, police executed warrants at homes in Caulfield North, Mulgrave and Hughesdale last Wednesday.
Detectives have since confiscated more than $2.7 million worth of cash and several kilograms of ice and cocaine.
In total, more than $7 million worth of assets have been seized as a result of the drug bust.
A 32-year-old Mulgrave man has been charged with several counts of trafficking large commercial quantities of drugs.
A 29-year-old man, also from Mulgrave, has been charged with eight counts of possessing the proceeds of crime.
The younger man has successfully applied for bail, while the 32-year-old remains in custody.
Both will face the Melbourne Magistrates' Court in February.
