Hill finished two shots clear after finishing the two-day handicap competition with a combined score of 146.
The Hampden Football Netball League hall of fame member fired 77 in round one before propelling himself to the top of the leader board with a round-two 69.
Wright took out his 75 and over age group section.
The Warrnambool and District Cricket Association great had rounds of 75 and 73.
Rob Smyth (55-68 years) and Stephen Armitstead (69-74) were other age group winners.
Smyth finished with a combined 149 and Armitstead, who leads the Warrnambool D grade championships at the halfway mark, had a score of 154.
Alan Berry won the 18-hole day two competition from Hill with 67.
