The 4400 square metre central site has buildings spanning 2674 square metres and has access from both Fairy and Lava streets.
The property, on 11 titles, will be sold by expression of interest through Ludeman Real Estate and conjunction agency Knight Frank.
Ludeman Real Estate director Mark Dwyer said the site was zoned commercial.
“It’s got a whole range of uses,” Mr Dwyer said. “It’s unlikely to be another car yard. It could be used for offices, accommodation or retail. Because of its zoning it could suit any areas.”
The property has been on the market for a week and Mr Dwyer has already fielded inquiries. Expressions of interest close November 30.
Work on the dealership’s new Raglan Parade premises will begin this month. The new site will also be home to New Age Caravans and leading 4WD accessory retailer TJM who move in mid-year. Callaghan’s will relocate late 2017.
The addition of the two new businesses to the Callaghan’s name is a partnership between dealer principal Steve Callaghan, and dealership employees Brett Jones and Doug Marshall.
