The Darlington Hall will host a screening of Australian WWI romance An Accidental Soldier, with the rest of the program to be shown at Camperdown’s Theatre Royal, including French dramas My Summer In Provence on Saturday night and Folies Bergere on Sunday afternoon.
A Saturday all-ages matinee will feature the French short film Red Balloon and last year’s Aussie box office hit Paper Planes.
The festival is run by the Corangamite Film Society, who are also screening an adaptation of John Mortimer’s novel A Voyage Round My Father starring Laurence Olivier on Thursday at the Killara Centre in Camperdown from 2pm.
