Hawks-aligned midfielder Will White will represent Victoria in the under-12 grand final after the team went through its preliminary rounds undefeated.
Victoria, chasing its fifth straight title, will play fellow undefeated outfit South Australia in the decider.
Will was named the Joel Selwood Player of the Day for Victoria on Thursday.
The Victorian vice-captain received a note from coach David Blackburn praising his efforts.
“Courageous overhead, makes excellent decisions, reads the ball coming in and provides terrific leadership and direction for his teammates,” it read.
Victoria defeated New South Wales (71-23), ACT (107-13), Western Australia (70-25) and Victoria (49-33) in its pool games.
The Big V has won 13 of the past 14 titles.
