Police want to speak with the 50-year-old in regard to assault offences and failing to answer bail. 

Investigators have released an image of Foley in the hope someone may have information on his whereabouts. 

Foley is described as about 178cm tall with a thin build, grey, long, curly hair and blue eyes. 

He is known to frequent the Warrnambool and Geelong areas.
