The event invites the public to take a look at where local artists work and allowing people to sneak a peek behind the curtains of the creative process.
Among the many workspaces on display will be the ones located at The Artery, which is a buzzing hive of artistic activity behind and above the walls of the public gallery.
The studios of Liz Gannon, Justin Perkins, Barry Tate, Glenn Morgan, and Jenny Altman at Factory Arts Studio in the old Fletcher Jones building will also be open to the public.
The public is also invited to check out the home workspaces of Jan Allan, David Higgins, and Kathryn Ryan in Warrnambool.
F Project vice-president Helen Bunyon said this Saturday’s Open Studios Day would also give people a chance to see the new Artery residence, which is hoped will become a specialised accommodation venue for artists to stay and work in Warrnambool.
