Corangamite Shire residents can expect a call in coming weeks as its annual community satisfaction survey gets under way. JWS Research will carry out the work, which measures satisfaction with council performance and services. Council chief executive officer Andrew Mason said results from the survey were expected in May. “Residents will be contacted by telephone and asked to answer a series of questions relating to council services,” he said.
