Harris & Wood Real Estate recently opened in the former home of the Hai Bin Restaurant.
The building with the red tiles had sat vacant for about a decade.
Company directors Danny Harris and Matthew Wood ensured the much-loved circular doorway was kept during the building’s re-design.
The red tiles have been painted blue and the interior is sleek and contemporary.
The new agency employs seven people.
“We have a fantastic environment for our staff and team members,” Mr Harris said.
The building sold in August, in a package deal with the former Harrison’s Milk Bar, for a combined total of approximately $1 million.
A Mexican franchise restaurant is set to open on December 17 in the old milk bar.
Zambrero Warrnambool store owner Kylie Templeton said she was excited to bring the franchise to Warrnambool.
“After going to the Mount Gambier restaurant it inspired me to think we could have healthy, quick food here in Warrnambool,” she said.
“Zambrero offer a great alternative for people wanting a quick and delicious meal that’s also healthy.”
Miss Templeton said the store had utilised all of the space available in the building, and included a children’s area and beer garden.
Zambrero offer take away and dine-in options and for every burrito or bowl sold, one meal is donated to someone in need around the world or living in an underprivileged Australian community through the Zambrero Plate4Plate initiative.
The face of Liebig Street will undergo another change with Provincial Home Living set to move from the back of Centrepoint Arcade.
It will be relocated into shops fronting the main street.
The changes come as a new initiative to boost shopper interest is launched. The I Love Liebig campaign is hoping to lift the number of shoppers on the main street during the lead up to Christmas and beyond.
The campaign started in November and shoppers have the chance to win a new car, by shopping at participating Liebig Street businesses.
Also planned as part of the campaign is a market day in January and an Easter extravaganza in March.
Other special events for 2016 include an end of financial year promotion for June and between August-September shoppers could win a $5000 shopping spree.
