A ROMNEY ram from Jim Bligh’s “Killmery” Romney stud at Woodford won the Supreme Sheep ribbon at the Koroit show on the weekend.

More than 25 sheep from four breeds and five exhibitors competed in the show.
Mr Bligh has been showing sheep for 55 years and his Romneys have won the Supreme Champion title at the Koroit show several times.
Romneys also did well at the recent Coleraine and Warrnambool shows.
Mr Bligh also won Koroit’s champion interbreed ram title with a Romney, Jeff Johnson won the champion interbreed ewe with a Hampshire Down and Colin Taylor’s Southdowns won the champion interbreed group.
