The Warrnambool Seahawks export came off the bench to provide a spark as the 36ers kick-started their NBL season with a confidence-boosting 90-71 win against reigning champion New Zealand Breakers. Sobey joined Adelaide in the off-season on a three-year deal after a campaign with Cairns Taipans.
