Liberal Party nominations will close on Monday, with pre-selection ballots expected in late September.
Warrnambool Mayor Michael Neoh and former upper house MP Donna Petrovich have already said they will nominate for South West Coast.

The Greens and the Australian Country Alliance have also said they plan to field candidates.
