VICTORIAN selection is within reach of six Warrnambool badminton players. Laura and Kiara Billington, Temika and Latisha Gay and Thomas and Matthew Crothers will contest a state selection tournament at Kilsyth on Sunday. Latisha is chasing under 13 selection while the other five have hopes at under 17 level. Meanwhile, the new Warrnambool junior badminton season will start next Friday at the Arc, from 6pm. Competition officials are encouraging new players to sign up and coaching is available.
