They will represent North Ballarat Rebels at the Morwell-based under 15 competition in September.
The Rebels sides were selected following a carnival in Ararat in June which pitted Hampden, South West, Wimmera and Ballarat regions against one another.
Cobden quartet Patrick Smith, Jack McGlade, Tarj Anderson and Tomas Lindquist, Warrnambool trio Mitchell Bidmade, Wil Fleming, Matt Schnerring, Hawks duo Ethan McLaren and Jack Zanker, South Warrnambool’s Ben Annett and Koroit’s Josh Chatfield will also represent the Hampden league at the statewide competition.
Kolora-Noorat’s Luke McConnell is Warrnambool and District league’s sole representative, while Simpson’s Lachie Hawkins hails from the Colac and District competition.
South West region had 11 players make the Rebels’ cut after impressing in Ararat.
Samuel Rentsch (Penshurst), Bailey Chapman and Jackson Dunlop (South Portland), Harris Jennings (West Portland), Taylor Murrell (Heathmere), Tylar Watts (Heywood), James Boulton (Coleraine), Tynan Shannon (Cats), Toby Oakley (Central), Lachlan Dawson (Kokoda) and Andrew Fry (St Mary’s/Monivae) earned selection.
The V/Line Cup starts on September 28 and finishes on October 1 – two days before the AFL grand final.
