Starring the “self-proclaimed sex symbols from North Arm Nursing Home For The Blind” Mavis and AJ “Awesome Jugs” Muriel, Busted Out aims to raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation while giving you two hours of cabaret-style fun.
The show’s message to women and men of all ages is to “know your body, check your boobies (because) early detections win”, they said.
“In our travels the youngest woman we have met diagnosed with breast cancer was 18 years old, the oldest woman diagnosed with breast cancer was 86 years old was 86 years old (and) we have met men diagnosed with breast cancer,” Muriel said.
“Breast cancer does not discriminate.”
Mavis and Muriel are performing at the Port Campbell Pub on Friday night, and Rafferty’s Tavern in Warrnambool on Saturday night.
