A teenager has died and another is fighting for his life in hospital after a crash in Victoria's north east.

The dual-cab ute was travelling toward Yackandandah along Wodonga-Yackandandah Road when it left the road at Staghorn Flat and rolled just after 9pm on Saturday.
The vehicle landed on its roof, killing a male passenger from Wodonga.
A second male passenger has been airlifted to the Alfred Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver and third passenger have both been taken to Albury Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
All four occupants of the ute are male and believed to be aged in their teens.
The cause of the crash is being investigated.
Meanwhile, a 40-year-old Doveton man has died in hospital after his car struck a drain and collided with a tree at Tallarook, in central Victoria on Wednesday.
Police believe the man was travelling north on the Hume Freeway when he lost control of the vehicle and left the road around 7.40pm.
The man was taken to The Royal Melbourne hospital in a critical condition where he died on Friday evening.
Police are preparing a report for the coroner.
The deaths take the provisional road toll to 107 up from 99 at the same time last year.
