The four-bedroom house in the Toohey Estate was built through the donation of land, labour and materials from the community and tradespeople.
All proceeds from the sale of the house will go to the Peter’s Project Foundation, and director Vicki Jellie is anticipating a successful auction.
More than 100 businesses and tradespeople donated their time.
Included in the sale of the home are two pieces of artwork donated by Gav and Waz, from the first series of The Block.
The home is open for viewing from 10am at 24 Wangoom Road, Warrnambool.
