The four-time Horsham premiership player, who kicked 117 goals in 2011 when he was just 19, signed with the Bushfield-based club on Friday evening.
Parish, 23, has moved to Warrnambool and was on up to 10 Hampden and Warrnambool and District league clubs’ radars.
The former North Ballarat Rebel, who spent 2014 at Horsham and District league club Laharum, said the Eagles’ youthful playing list appealed to him.
He will start training with his new teammates on Monday night.
